SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. If you have expedited shipping needs please send an e-mail to info@u-adapt.com BEFORE placing your order to make sure that we can accomodate your needs. The order can take up to 2 days to process then will be shipped for delivery within 2 - 3 days after processing. If items are back-ordered, the full amount of shipping is charged with the first invoice and back-orders do not carry additional shipping charges. We do not send COD.

International orders will be automatically charged the domestic standard rate at the time of the order, then following processing, the additional international fees will be charged to the customer’s credit card based on country shipped and actual weight. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.

WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason your purchased items are found to be defective due to workmanship during the first 60 days, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

Refunds for items returned in new & unused condition within fourteen days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
